Tianjin is one of the advanced sanitary environment cities. The importance is put on the street scenery and road afforest. Senses on environmental protection have been promoted and attention must be paid to the environment while developing economy. It has contamination monitoring systems to all-round control atmosphere, surface water, noise, coastal seawater and pollutant sources. There are 865 wastewater treatment facilities with the annual treatment of 347.83 million tons of industrial wastewater. Nearly 90% of industrial wastewater can be treated. A new management system has been established in the legislation, sewage control and harness.
